If you’ve never experienced emotional trauma in your lifetime, then you’re one of the lucky few.

Truth is, most of us have experienced emotional trauma at some point in our lives, whether it be from a parent, partner, grandparent, day care provider, people who are in a trusted position such as clergy or a doctor, and even from our own children. This trauma can leave us feeling broken, feeling unworthy, no self-worth, depressed, full of anxiety, feeling like we don’t fit in or are unrelatable, and more. And, oftentimes, these feelings that have been repressed and never dealt with can be shoved so far deep down inside that we never have to feel it and don’t even know they exist.


We only know because we have those periodic episodes and outbursts of unexplained anger, sadness, crying, etc. Additionally, we often turn to self-medication to “numb” the feelings of hurt, pain, and betrayal we so deeply feel. What many don’t know, though, is that these feelings that are never dealt with can lead us to looking for love in all the wrong places, settling for a life that is much less than we desire and deserve, dis-ease such as cancer, eating disorders, mental illness, and so on.


However, you aren’t the things that plague you. You aren’t the hurt you feel. You aren’t flawed, substandard or broken. You’re a beautiful human being who is doing the best you can, and you have so much to offer the world than the demons you’re fighting. I know because I’ve been where you’re at. I want you to know that I can help. There are tools available that can help you feel better, not only on a physical level but also on an emotional and mental level. Tools such as hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, journaling, meditation, just to name a few. These tools can help you take your life to the next level; a life you’re worthy of living and so deserving to create.

Love all of your glorious self! Love the future life you’re going to create! Love your hopes, love your dreams, love the beautiful creative process of making your dreams a reality! In order to have loving and lasting relationships, love MUST begin with yourself!

Create the life you want to live! Imagine your future self letting go of all the limiting beliefs that surrounded you from living in fear. Feel liberated and brave while imagining the life you’re going to create!



Having a relationship with God, the Universe, Creator…whatever you call your higher power! Once you establish your relationship, watch everything unfold beautifully and creatively with your higher power’s guidance! You’ll be amazed the answers you receive if you just ask for help. I’m here to tell you, you’re meant to succeed and no one wants it more for you than God.



This is a must as you start creating your new and beautiful life! It’s like the cherry on top. Self-care is so important. In order to give or create, you need to have a full tank; you can’t give or create from an empty vessel. Rest when you need rest. Walk in nature, meditate, journal, read…whatever self-care looks like to you, do more of that!
